What’s new in dogmode

We ship improvements constantly. Here’s the latest, newest first.

Bring your customer list in, and undo it for a week

  • 📥A new shop's first customer list comes straight in, then its prices and vaccinations: imports are free for your first month.
  • 🔕Customers your list shows haven't visited in two years, or with no visit date, won't get your news and offers. Each one says so on its card before you add them. Visit reminders still go.
  • ↩️Added the wrong list? Undo it for 7 days, from the done card or Recent imports. Anyone booked, paid or messaged since stays, and it tells you who.
  • 📸A photo of a list is read and then removed. Past a day's limit, paste the list instead.

Ask dogmode AI from the top of every screen

  • 🐾Tap Ask dogmode AI at the top of any screen to tell the team something isn't working, suggest an idea or ask a question. The answer comes back right there.
  • 🎙️Hold the mic to say it instead of typing. Your words appear for you to check before you send, and the recording is deleted as soon as they do.

An extra day is a working day, even when you're usually shut

  • ➕Settings ▸ Team ▸ a groomer ▸ Extra days now saves a working day every time. It used to save some as a day off, so the groomer stayed off on the calendar.
  • 🗓️An extra day on a day you're usually closed opens that groomer for it, on your calendar and for online booking, at their usual hours. Your closed dates and public holidays still stay closed.

A set price belongs to its dog, and counts online too

  • 🐕A price you set on a dog's page is that dog's, never their sister's of the same size. Prices you set before still apply to every dog at home, and the card says so.
  • 💲A price above the menu is now their price everywhere, online too, so a dog that takes longer is quoted right when they book and there's nothing to top up at pickup.
  • ⌨️A dog's 💳 ▸ Enter their card here: with the customer at the counter or on the phone, their own card form opens on your screen and you type it in with them.

A finished course gets a what's next, not a we miss you

  • 🎓A training dog that finished its course (a graduation card, or its pack used up) gets no due-back reminder and no we miss you note. It gets one "What's next for {dog}" about four weeks after the last session, with the next course from your list when there is one.
  • 💤Any other training dog that stops coming gets one note, "How's {dog} getting on?", never two.
  • 🏡Home visits follow your customers' trips, so their rebook reminder is now off by default, like boarding. Settings ▸ Services & prices ▸ Home visit ▸ Remind customers to rebook turns it on.
  • 🎄The holiday booking email goes to dogs that come for a groom, a day or a stay, never to a training, walking or home visit dog.
  • 🗓️A reminder now says "about 4 months" or "over a year" instead of counting the weeks.
5 November 2026 · Messages · Booking

The finish your booking email shows their dog

  • 🛒A returning customer who starts a booking on your booking page and stops gets their own dog's latest photo at the top of the email that brings them back.

Close a day every week, once

  • 🔁Settings ▸ Booking rules ▸ Closed dates: pick one day, then "Every Monday from then on". That day closes every week in your calendar, online and in your other diary, with nothing to re-enter.
  • 😴It shows as one chip, "Closed Mondays · every Monday". Tap it to remove it and open those days again.
4 November 2026 · Calendar · Booking

A moved visit asks the customer again

  • ↪️Move a visit and the customer's old yes or no clears from the diary. Their answer was about the old time, so the tile no longer shows "Said no" on a visit they never said no to.
  • 👍They are asked about the new time the usual way, and their answer shows on the tile as soon as it comes in. No need to cancel and rebook.

Paw prints on your van

  • 🐾Your van can wear paw prints: Settings ▸ Where you work ▸ Your van ▸ Paw prints. They're scattered over the paint in the colour of your lettering, and never cover your logo, your name or your booking code.
  • 🚐Your van's 3D pictures update the next time you open Your van, so customers see it the way it really looks.

Every visit of a repeat booking is in your calendar

  • ↻A repeat booking now holds every visit in your calendar, 6 months ahead (or the 3 months or a year you pick in Settings ▸ Booking ▸ Keep repeat bookings booked), however it started: online, at the counter or kept from a visit. The slot is theirs, so nobody else can take it.
  • ⚠️↻ Repeat bookings lists each visit and flags the ones to check: a visit moved off a closed day or a taken slot, or a date with nothing free that you book by hand.
  • ↪️Moving a repeat visit asks: this visit only, or this and every visit after. Changing the rhythm moves the visits after the next one. Ending a repeat removes its unpaid visits and keeps any already paid.
  • 🔇Customers aren't emailed for each visit as it's booked; each visit's reminder still goes.
3 November 2026 · Booking · Calendar

A repeat visit off its usual time says so on the calendar

  • ↪️A repeat visit booked away from its usual day, time or groomer wears ↪️ on the calendar. Open it to see when they usually come, then ✓ Keep it there or Move it. Their reminder gives the day and time.
  • ✋Once you approve a repeat booking's first visit, the visits after it are confirmed for you, with no approval or email for each one.
  • 🌙A repeat you start at the counter outside your hours keeps that time, booked the same way as the first visit.

A partner link your customers fill in

  • 🙋A partner's link can now be filled in by the pet owner themselves: Settings ▸ Booking rules ▸ Partners ▸ Who fills in the link? ▸ Their customers. Their staff text it to a customer or put the QR on the counter, and the owner tells you about their dog and their stay.
  • 🔒It's safe to text, print or forward: it never shows which customers you already have, or what anyone else sent, and the owner says yes to being contacted themselves.
  • 📞It still lands on your To call list, so you book a time that suits you, then send a pay link.

A bath bay keeps its column

  • 🛁A bath bay (or any station people book) keeps its column on the calendar every day it's open, even when it's blocked out for the whole day. The block shows inside it, so you can still see the bay and book into it.

Your Website link follows your own address

  • 🌐Connected your own address in Settings ▸ Website? Your report cards, Dogdoors, booking page and join page now link to it by themselves. Nothing to type in Links.
  • 🔗Settings ▸ Links shows it at the top, so you can see where it comes from. If you typed a different Website link before, customers open your connected address instead.

Your day on the road, with or without a van

  • 🗺️A business that goes to its customers now sees Your day on the road, in plain words for walkers, sitters, trainers and groomers alike.
  • 🚐Groomers are asked once whether they work from a van or trailer. Say No van and the van rows go away for good.

Your Christmas email, ready to go

  • 🎄From two days before it goes out, Home shows your "book before the rush" Christmas email. Customers seen this year who haven't booked December get it, with their dog's photo and two of your real open times. One email per household, never to anyone already booked.
  • 👀Tap Preview to see exactly what one of your customers gets. Rather not send it this year? Tap Skip (and Undo if you change your mind). The switch lives in Settings ▸ Messages.

See where every text went, and what to change

  • 💬Plan & billing shows your texts by message: booking confirmations, report cards, reminders and the rest, with how each one goes (text, email or both).
  • 👉Tap a message to open its settings and change how it reaches customers.
  • 💡If a change would cut your bill, you'll see what it saves this month, and one tap makes it. You can undo it.
  • ✅Booking confirmations now go by email first, with a text only if the email isn't opened, so you pay for fewer texts. Day-before reminders still go by text every time.

Every section folds the same way

  • 🔽On a visit and on a dog's page, each section now folds under its own header. Tap anywhere on the row; a closed section says what is inside, like "12 notes · 17 Jan".
  • 🟣A section with something new today opens by itself and shows a small dot. Care alerts and today's notes never fold.
  • 📓Care & notes starts closed on a visit and open on the dog's page, with the notebook closed inside it. Long lists show the newest 3, then Show all.
  • 🕘Past visits and Care changes are named for what they hold, and your open and closed choices are remembered on each device.
2 November 2026 · Dogdoor · Customers & dogs

Customers who find dogmode land on their own dog

  • 🐾A customer who opens dogmode.site, its menu or its log in is offered their own dog's page first, never a business sign up.
  • 🔎Find your dog's page asks for your shop's name, then sends the customer to your app link and its code. No account needed.

Check-in notes and Groom notes on every dog's card

  • 📝Each dog on a visit now has a **Check-in notes** row, right under any alert: what reception noticed at the door (extra smelly, owner waiting), with who wrote it and when.
  • ✂️A **Groom notes** row sits further down, after Last time: the groomer's notes about today. Tap + Add for quick taps like Same as last time, Shorter than usual or Matted: clipped out.
  • 📓Next visit, Last time shows the groom notes first, so the recipe is the first thing the next groomer reads.
  • 🐾It's called Walk notes, Day notes or Stay notes on those services.

Zoom in and your own van is on the road

  • 🚐On your route map the van now grows as you zoom in, and at street level it becomes your own van in 3D, in your colours with your logo, parked at the kerb outside the house.
  • 🎯Tap the van to follow it: the map flies down to street level and stays with it. Pan the map to stop.
  • 📍Your customers can do it too: tapping the map on their On my way page opens it full screen, so they can zoom in and watch your van come to them.
1 November 2026 · Your shop · Booking

Your name on your van

  • ✍️Your van is sign-written now: your name in big letters beside your logo, with a small line under it, on both sides and the back. Settings ▸ Where you work ▸ Your van ▸ Name on the van.
  • 🔤Type your name and the van updates as you type. Long names fit themselves onto two lines and never go too small to read.
  • 🔒Already set up your van? Nothing changes until you switch it on, so the pictures your customers see stay as they are.
1 November 2026 · Messages · Booking

Your customers see the visit first

  • 🚐The booking email for a visit at their home leads with the visit: Booked lit on the way to Done, a map of their street, your van as your customers will see it pull up, and what's inside.
  • ✉️A customer you can't text now gets On my way by email: the time you'll arrive, Follow the van, and your van.
  • 🗺️Their visit page reads the same way: where it's up to and the map at the top, your van big under it, then What to expect.

Tips at the counter, money on the daycare week

  • 💛Take payment asks "Add a tip?" first, with your own tip buttons and nothing ticked. The tip you pick goes on the pay link or QR code already chosen, and what they paid shows on the paid screen and on the visit ("Paid · Visa •4242 · $15 tip").
  • 💳The daycare week now shows money on every day block: a tick when paid, a $ when owed. Tap it for the full words. The same small mark shows on short bars in the daycare day on a phone.
  • 📩If you have card payments off, Ready for pickup now says what it does, "Ready · text Bec", with what is still to pay under it, and never mentions a pay link.
1 November 2026 · Booking · Your shop

Only the services you offer, from day one

  • 🌱A new shop's booking menu starts with the services it picked when it signed up switched on. The rest wait in `Settings ▸ Services & prices`, switched off, ready to turn on.
  • ✂️A shop that doesn't groom no longer sees grooming switches in `Settings ▸ Booking rules`, and its new customer form and care form ask nothing about coats or grooms.
1 November 2026 · Customers & dogs

Merging a household keeps both names

  • 👥Merging two customers with different names now asks if they are the same person or two people in one household. Keep both makes one customer with the other person as a second contact, so you can still text them. Each dog stays its own dog.
  • ↩Undo works the same way for both.
1 November 2026 · Booking · Calendar

Book a nail clip on its own

  • ➕At the counter, choose "Extras only" in the Style list, tick the extra, and book it with no groom: it takes the extra's own minutes, costs the extra's price, and the extra is the name on the calendar and the visit.
  • 🙋On a shared front-desk login, the counter now asks "Who's booking?" once and remembers it on that iPad, so each booking names the person who took it.
31 October 2026 · Booking · Your shop

Your logo above your name on your booking page

  • 🎨Is your full logo just your name? Settings ▸ Theme ▸ Your brand kit ▸ Show my logo above it. Your logo then stands above your name at the top of your booking page and Join form, and the preview shows it as you switch.

Your area stops at the Canadian and Irish borders

  • 🗺️If you go to your customers near a border, your area on your booking page, your map card and the Marketplace now stops at it: the Canadian border (the lakes and rivers included) and the border between Northern Ireland and Ireland, as it already did at Mexico.
  • 🛂It works from both sides, so a shop in Windsor or Dundalk sees its own side too.
31 October 2026 · Booking · Calendar

Who booked it, and when, on every visit

  • 🧑‍💼Open a booking and the Booked line now says how, who and when: "Booked at the counter by Jess · Thu 16 Oct, 3:12pm", "Booked online by Albert", "Imported from 123Pet". A new History row lists who booked, moved, told the customer and took the money. Visits booked before today show the path and date they always did.
  • 🏋️A visit that put a groomer over their limit says so on the same line, with who and why.
31 October 2026 · Your shop

The setup band names your next step

  • 🧭Once you can take bookings and get paid, the band at the top stops saying Continue setup and names your next step instead, like Send your first report card.
  • 🙋Working on your own? Add your team is ticked for you: it reads Your team, just you for now.
  • 💳Taking a deposit online ticks the deposit step, however you switched it on.

Ready says when it charges, Undo says what it undoes

  • 💳A Bookly visit with a card on file now reads "Ready · charge $95" on the bar, because that tap charges the card.
  • ↩After a charge, Undo reads "Undo text": the card stays charged and the text is stopped. The pickup row keeps its own Undo text button for the 30 seconds, even after another message pops up.
  • ✏️A visit with no price asks for the price first at pickup time, with Ready for pickup right beside it.
31 October 2026 · Payments · Calendar

One money button, and Ready for pickup collects

  • 💳Whenever a visit owes money there is exactly one green money button on the bar. For a groom it is Ready for pickup: "Ready · charge $120" with the customer's saved card, or "Ready · text $120 link" when there is none.
  • 🚐The same for a van's Done, a daycare's Check out and a stay's Home. MoeGo and Bookly visits get Ready too, and the text carries the pay link.
  • ✏️A visit with no price now says "Set the price" instead of looking paid.
  • 🧾Take payment picks the way first (saved card, text link or QR) and one button names it and the amount. "They paid another way" sits at the top: pick card machine, cash or transfer, then record it.
  • 🪙Every way of being paid ends on the same paid screen, then Rebook. Every calendar shows owed, link sent, Paid or Set price on each visit.
31 October 2026 · Calendar · Booking

Tap a booking and see the groom first

  • ✂️Tap any booking: right under the dog's name is what you're doing to each dog. Every service and extra on its own line with its time, groomer and price, the dog's care alert, their usual groom, what the customer asked and your team's note. Tap a line to change it.
  • 💵The total and whether it's paid sit at the foot of that card. Tap it to get to refunds, credit and the payment details.
31 October 2026 · Calendar · Booking · Payments

The booking's groom card, tidier

  • ✂️Each service on a booking is now just its name and price. The time and the groomer sit once, at the top. When two groomers share a visit, each dog says who has it.
  • 💵Money still owed? Tap the total and it takes you straight to Take payment.
  • 🚐On a home visit, On my way and the pet ticks are back near the top, with the address and getting in just under them.
31 October 2026 · Booking · Your shop

Put your extras in your own order

  • ↕️Move any extra up or down in Settings ▸ Services & prices ▸ Extras, the same way you move a style.
  • 🗂️Extras under a heading move together too: move the heading and all its extras go with it. Customers and your team see the extras in that order.
31 October 2026 · Calendar · Booking

One status, one next step

  • 🧭A visit now shows its status as one pill at the top. Tap it to jump to another step, or to mark a no-show, cancel or undo.
  • 🧭The bar at the bottom of a visit always holds the next step: Check in, Start, Ready for pickup, Done, then Rebook. Take payment sits beside it while money is owed.
  • ✍️Check in asks for a quick note for the team (extra smelly, owner waiting). Skip it with "Check in, no note".
  • ↻Keep their spot: pick the weeks first, switch it on, and it books ahead as far as your repeat setting says.
  • 🚐One "Drive there" button for visits at the customer's home, and you choose the map app once.
31 October 2026 · Booking · Customers & dogs

Notes open faster, and "last time" is last time

  • ⚡A dog's notes open instantly on the newest few, with the exact count. Tap "All N notes" to read the rest.
  • 📓"Last time" now shows the notes from the dog's previous visit.
  • 🔑On at-home visits, the gate code's Show button no longer sits on top of the edit pen.

Every note, in one place, on every screen

  • 📝A visit's notes now sit on the dog's card in the booking: the care alert, the usual groom, what the customer asked, today's notes with who wrote them and when, and what was noted last time.
  • +Tap Note to tell the team something about today ("extra smelly"), or keep it for the dog or the customer.
  • 📌Keep a note for the dog in one tap, or make it a care alert if it is a safety thing.
  • 🗓️The calendar shows 📝 and how many notes a visit has. Allergies now show as a red care alert.
  • 🐕The dog's page, the till, the card builder and the inbox customer file show the same notes, in the same order.
31 October 2026 · Customers & dogs

Leads only say New for a first-timer

  • 🆕Customers you imported from 123Pet, MoeGo or another system, and anyone you sent a report card, no longer show as New on Leads. New now means someone we have never seen before.
31 October 2026 · Booking · Calendar

Groomers aren't overbooked by surprise

  • 🧘Booking someone past a groomer's own limit (say, a second big dog for a groomer who takes one a day) still always works, but now the counter tells you the load first ("Angelica already has 3 big dogs on Sat. Angelica's limit is 1 a day.") and one tap says why.
  • 🏋️A groomer's column now says "L+ 3 of 1 · over by 2", and the visit that pushed them over wears a small 🏋️ you can tap to see who booked it, when, and why. Moves, repeats and imports are counted the same way.
31 October 2026 · Calendar

A groomer on a day off leaves the diary

  • 🌴Block a groomer out for the whole day (leave or Block time ▸ All day) and her column steps aside under "+N off". Her empty hours no longer count as open slots or lower your % booked. A block for part of the day keeps her column.
31 October 2026 · Booking · Your shop

Yesterday's visits get closed

  • 🧾Visits from before today that nobody marked Done now show as a quiet card at the top of your diary. Tap Review, then ✓ Done on each, or Take payment where money is still owed. Nothing there? You will not see it. The ✕ puts it away until tomorrow.
31 October 2026 · Customers & dogs · Calendar

Cancelled visits fold away

  • 🧹A customer's or dog's list of visits now tucks cancelled visits that never took money behind one row, "3 cancelled ▾". Tap it to see them. A cancelled visit that was paid stays in the list, so you can still refund it.
31 October 2026 · Calendar

Bigger, easier taps across the app

  • 👆The tab bar, the headers and the diary's toolbar now give every button a full thumb-sized target, and the small labels (tab names, unread counts, the day's pills) are a little bigger, so they are easier to read and hit on a phone or iPad.

Your van follows your brand colours

  • 🎨Your van is in your brand colours until you pick your own wrap. Change your logo or your colours in Settings and your van repaints, its pictures included, with nothing to set up.
  • 🖌️In Settings ▸ Where you work ▸ Your van, the first swatch is your brand colour, then your logo's. Pick any other and it stays yours.
  • 🗺️Your area on your booking page, the map card and the Marketplace stops at your border, so customers never read it as a country you can't book.
  • 👆Choice chips everywhere are a little taller, easier to tap with a thumb.

  • 🎨Settings ▸ Where you work ▸ Your van: it's already painted in your colours with your logo on the side. Pick your rig (Tall van, Box truck, Trailer, Small van), the wrap colour, and tap Done. Under a minute.
  • 📸Add up to three photos: Outside, Inside (the tub) and At the door. Outside shows on your booking page, tracker, website and Marketplace listing. The others stay with your team until you show them.
  • 🚐Customers see your van on your booking page, the tracker ("Look for this van") and your website, and On my way says "in the pink Furgie's van" once you've set it.
  • 📱Put this QR on your van: neighbours scan it to book you for their street, and we count them as "Your van" in where your customers come from.
  • 📣New wrap? Make a post to show it off, in your colours, with your booking link.

Type the price when you book, keep it for next time

  • ✏️+ Add a booking has a Price row. Tap it to type what this visit costs (and why, if you like) before you add it to the diary. No more booking it in and editing the price after.
  • 💲Then one question: "Keep $80 for Rose's Bath & Blow Dry from now on?" Tap Keep and it's her price: every booking of it comes out at $80, her repeats too. Ignore it and it stays a one-off. (A customer booking online is never quoted above your menu.)
  • 💲A dog on their own price now shows it on the size chips when you book, so the price you see is the one that's saved.
  • ✏️Edit asks the same question after you change a visit's price.

The walk card tells the whole walk

  • 🦮Under the map of where they went, every walk card now says which walk this was for the dog and how many friends came along: "Pepper's 12th walk · with 3 friends". It gives a number, never the other dogs' names.
  • 🪺The walk step by step, from your own taps on the run sheet: Picked up → Out 48 min → Home safe, handed over.
  • 💧The taps in words: "2 pees · 1 poo · 1 drink".
  • 🔒Customers share these cards, so they never show a clock time or "locked up, alarm set". Nothing on a card tells a stranger when a home is empty.

The run sheet, Walking now, and texts as you walk

  • 🦮Tap a group walk on today's calendar for its run sheet: each pick-up in order with how to get in, the key's tag, and the lockbox code a tap away. Picked up, Not home after your wait at the door, Can't get in, then Start the walk.
  • 🪺Drop-offs: Home safe, and how you left them (handed over, let in and locked, alarm set). Home early with a reason when a walk ends sooner. Every tap has 10 seconds to undo.
  • 🥾Walking now: record the walk's line on your own phone (you choose, each shift), tap pee, poo and water for everyone or one dog, pocket mode to save battery, and Head home ticks who did what. Each dog's walk card shows only its own part of the walk.
  • 🆘Dog loose: one tap, then which dog. Their photo and safety notes fill the screen, the time is kept, the office hears at once, and the message to their owner is written for you to send.
  • ⏰Out now: dogs still out past home time show on the calendar, and the walker is asked first. Name a backup person in Settings ▸ Walks and they get a text if the dogs are still out 25 minutes later.
  • 🌙Tomorrow's group walk: put the pick-ups in order and send each customer their time. Texts go only when you turn on Settings ▸ Walks ▸ Text customers as you go.

One pay link for both dogs, and a safer merge

  • 💳When a customer owes for two dogs' visits, their chat offers one pay link for both: "Send one pay link" on the card at the top, and "One pay link for both" under To pay. They pay once and each visit is marked paid.
  • 🔁Already sent each dog its own link? The one link replaces them, so they only ever have one to pay.
  • 🔎Merge into… now lists the dog most likely to be the same one first: the same name under a customer with the same number, email or name, badged with why. Other dogs of the same name sit below, and search finds a dog by its owner's number too.
  • 🐕Merging two dogs with different names now asks first. When they belong to two customers it offers what you meant: merge the customers, so both dogs stay.

  • ✅A booking waiting for your yes now has **Approve** on its Activity tile and on the visit you open from it. One tap, and the customer is told.
  • ✋**Decline…** opens the visit with the decline panel ready: pick a reason, and choose what happens to anything they paid. It never declines on one tap.
  • 🔔The alert and the email for a request now open that exact visit, with Approve at the top.
  • 🕰️A visit opened from the Inbox now shows its time on your shop's own clock.

A tidier screen, and a better first day for new shops

  • 🧭The menu on the left now starts as a slim column of icons, so your calendar gets the room. Want the words back? Press the » at the top of the menu (or ⌘B). We remember your choice on that device.
  • 🚀A shop that's just joined now opens on its calendar with two quick tips (changing the day, and moving a visit), and a **Continue setup** bar across the top that opens its setup guide.
  • 💳**Start your plan** is now the last step of the Payments guide, so new shops have one checklist, not two.

A moved visit is told once, with the final time

  • ↪️Move a visit, then fix it again a minute later, and the customer gets ONE message with the time you settled on, five minutes after your last change. Move it back to where it was and they get nothing: their last message is still right.
  • ⏳After a move, the toast says when they will be told. A customer who moves their own visit is still told straight away.

The whole team's day on your phone

  • 📱The calendar on a phone runs from edge to edge, so a day with three groomers shows all three side by side, nothing cut off. Four or more still slide across, one whole groomer at a time.
  • 🎨Bookings in the calendar wear their groomer's colour more strongly, so each person's day reads at a glance.

Every dog opens its customer's messages and full history

  • 💬Message works on every dog with a customer, even before you've sent them a card. It opens every message you've sent them, plus the history from your old system.
  • 📜A dog's Bookings & payments now lists every visit, newest first, each with its groomer, all the way back through the history brought over from your old system.
  • 🛟When a customer's card is declined on a new booking, the message names that visit's day and time, so they don't mistake it for one they've already paid. It's also listed under that customer's messages.

Change when a dog is due back, from the dog

  • 📅Every dog's profile shows when they are due back and why. Tap Due back to pick a day for this time, or change how often they come for every visit after.
  • ↻The card's "How often should they visit?" starts on the dog's own rhythm, and changing it there changes it everywhere, so the card, the dog, the Rebook list and the reminder always agree.
  • 📅The Rebook list has the same Due back button on each dog, and In 4 weeks for a few at once.

Re-sizing a visit updates the dog, extras keep their price

  • 📏Change a dog's size on its visit (✏️ Edit) and the dog's profile takes the new size too, so their next booking prices right. The dog's history says who changed it and when.
  • 🧾Every extra on a visit shows the price the customer paid for it, even after you change that extra's price on your menu, so the groom's own line no longer shifts.
